Beach House on 5th Avenue is a spacious self-catering holiday home ideally located in the heart of Voëlklip, Hermanus. It could be an ideal option for a coastal holiday with family and friends as it not only features both mountain and ocean views but also includes a sparkling swimming pool.

This double-storey property can accommodate a total of 8 guests at a time and comprises 4 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms and 2 guest toilets. The main bedroom is furnished with a king-size bed and features an en-suite bathroom fitted with a bath, shower, washbasin and toilet. The second bedroom contains a double bed, the third has a queen-size bed and the fourth bedroom is furnished with 2 single beds. These 3 rooms share the use of the other 2 bathrooms which are fitted with a shower in one and a bath as well as a shower in the other. All linen and bath towels are provided; however, guests are required to bring their own swimming towels.

Downstairs, there is an open-plan dining space with a kitchen that is fully equipped with a gas stove, electric oven, microwave, fridge-freezer, cutlery and crockery as well as a central breakfast island with stools. A dishwasher is available in the scullery. Leading from the kitchen is a dining space with a fireplace as well as a built-in pizza oven. Upstairs, there is a formal lounge space with another dining table and a work desk. Additionally, there is a cosy TV room with comfy seating as well as a kitchenette with tea- and coffee-making facilities. Access to free Wi-Fi is available throughout the home.

The top level has a balcony with an outdoor dining table and the lower level opens up onto an expansive patio and garden space. The patio includes another outdoor dining table and the garden features braai facilities and a sparkling swimming pool which is an ideal spot for a sundowner with family and friends in the evening. The location of this property is within walking distance from the beach.
