Beachbum Pad is a beautiful self-catering townhouse that is ideal for a small family, perfectly located in Melkbosstrand and known as a real "Small Village" feel where people are friendly.
This house comprises 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a fully equipped kitchen, and a lovely living room. The main bedroom is furnished with a double bed and has an en-suite bathroom fitted with a shower, basin, and toilet. The second bedroom has a double bed while the third bedroom is furnished with a three quarter bed. These 2 rooms share the use of the second bathroom that is fitted with a bath and hand-held shower, walk-in shower, basin, and toilet. All linen and towels are provided.
This house has a lovely living room that offers comfy couches, and a TV with a cosy fireplace. Leading from the living room is the kitchen which is equipped with a fridge-freezer, stove, oven, microwave, basic crockery, and cutlery as well as tea- and coffee-making facilities. There’s also a dining area for guests to enjoy their meals.
The patio opens up onto Public Open Space, with pathways down to the beach where there are rock pools for kids to play and fish. A beautiful braai facility is available with a spectacular view. Parking is available inside the complex for 2 vehicles only.
This property is within walking distance of the beach, where guests can swim, surf, stand-up paddle, or just laze on the white sand. Also on Beach Road about 300 m from the house there are some restaurants, bistros, and shopping centers.
