Description

Bergenwater Farmhouse is a self-catering house located on a working wine farm in the Rawsonville district, which is well known for its various wineries, restaurants, and monthly farm market.

This house can comfortably accommodate 10 guests at a time and comprises 5 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. The main bedroom is furnished with a king-size bed and has an en-suite bathroom fitted with a shower, basin, and toilet. The second bedroom and third bedroom are furnished with a queen-size bed and twin beds, respectively, and share the use of a bathroom fitted with a shower, basin, and toilet. On the other side of the house, is the fourth bedroom furnished with a queen-size bed, and the fifth bedroom furnished with a bunk bed. These 2 bedrooms share the use of a bathroom fitted with a bath, shower, basin, and toilet. Linen and towels are provided.

The kitchen is fully equipped with a fridge-freezer, gas stove, oven, microwave, basic cutlery, crockery, and tea- and coffee-making facilities. It leads out to the dining area and further extends to the lounge furnished with another dining table and comfy couches with a TV. The lounge has big windows, allowing natural light to fill the room.

The spacious patio offers comfy seating space and overlooks the green lawn which is perfect for the kids to play around. Guests are afforded secure parking on the premises and an alarm system with beams.
