Description

Bitou 8 is a double-storey self-catering villa situated on the lagoon of the Thesen Islands, a secure marina development located in the scenic Knysna estuary. The Thesen Islands consist of 19 man-made islands linked by 21 arched bridges and surrounded by 25 hectares of tidal waterways. It is linked by a causeway and a bridge to the mainland and is within walking distance of the scenic waterfront, yacht harbor, and town center of Knysna.

The house can accommodate up to 4 guests and comprises 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, and an open-plan kitchen, dining, and living area. The bedrooms are located upstairs. The first bedroom is furnished with a queen-size bed and features a TV and an en-suite bathroom fitted with a bath, shower, toilet, and washbasin. The second bedroom is furnished with 2 single beds and makes use of the guest bathroom, which is fitted with shower facilities.

Downstairs, guests will find the kitchen, dining area, and living area. The kitchen is well-equipped for self-catering with a stove and oven, fridge-freezer, microwave, and dishwasher, as well as a breakfast bar and stools. The dining area contains a 6-seater dining table and chairs and a ceiling fan. The lounge features a fireplace and a TV.

The living area opens to a sheltered patio with sun loungers and Weber braai facilities. The patio leads to a heated swimming pool and a deck with a dining table and chairs for guests to enjoy.
