Boulevard Bonanza is a private penthouse apartment located in an apartment complex in Margate. The apartment boasts beautiful views of the sea from the main bedroom as well as the living areas and the kitchen.

The apartment is suitable for 6 guests and comprises 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, an open-plan living area, and a kitchen. The main bedroom contains a king-size bed and has an en-suite bathroom fitted with a spa bath, a shower, and a double basin. A queen-size bed is provided in the second bedroom, and the third bedroom is furnished with 2 three-quarter beds. These rooms share the use of the second bathroom, which is fitted with a bath and shower.

The kitchen is well-equipped with a fridge-freezer, a stove and oven, a microwave, a water purifier, a dishwasher, a washing machine, and a tumble-dryer. Meals can be served at the bar counter inside or at the bar counter on the balcony, which is easily accessed from the glass sliding windows in the kitchen. The living area offers air-conditioning, a TV with DStv, a comfortable lounge suite, a 6-seater dining table, and a bar area with an ice machine. The apartment has a spacious balcony boasting sea views, that has ample seating areas, outdoor dining tables where guests can dine al fresco, and braai facilities.

There are 2 secure parking spots available with access to an elevator. The complex is ideally situated within easy reach of the beach, restaurants, pubs, clubs, and shops.

The accommodation has an inverter which keeps essentials on in case of load shedding. Guests can use certain lights, charge cell phones, use the TV and bar fridge. It is important that guests do not use fans, the stove or hair dryers during load shedding.
