Description
Brakkefontein Guest Farm is a 3000 ha game farm situated adjacent to the Kabouga section of the Addo Elephant park, 30 km from Kirkwood.
The farmhouse is a 750 square metre complex that can accommodate 12 guests. It comprises 4 tastefully furnished bedrooms,1 outside bedroom, 2 bathrooms, a open-plan kitchen, dining, and living area, and a entertainment area. The main bedroom is furnished with a double bed, while the second bedroom and third bedroom are each furnished with 2 single beds. The fourth bedroom has a double bed. There is also an outside room with a double bed and bunk bed. The house has 2 bathrooms that are to be shared amongst the guests fitted with a shower, basin, and toilet. There’s also a separate toilet. All linen and towels are provided.
The kitchen is fully equipped for self-catering with a fridge-freezer, gas stove, oven, microwave, cutlery, crockery, tea- and coffee-making facilities, and a dining table with chairs. The living area has comfy couches and features a cosy fireplace. There’s another lounge room with seating space and that further expands to the entertainment area.
The entertainment area has a lovely indoor braai area, with seating space. The large trophy room in the cellar of the entertainment area displays game that was shot on the farm over many years, along with the history of the farm which is also on display.
This property is surrounded by nature. Guests can sit outside and enjoy the wonders of nature and can see wildlife amongst other things.
