Camellia Cottage Courtyard Room is located in the peaceful suburb of Constantia. It is close to the wine route, beaches, mountains, golf courses, top restaurants and Constantiaberg Hospital. The property is solar powered and not affected by load shedding. This space is perfect to unwind after a busy day exploring Cape Town or visiting loved ones.
The Courtyard Room at Camellia Cottage offers free Wi-Fi and access to a quiet courtyard surrounded by granadilla creepers and potted flowers. This recently renovated apartment offers 1 bedroom and 1 ensuite bathroom fitted with a shower, toilet and basin. The unit has a flat screen TV with Netflix as well as coffee and tea facilities. Please note there are no cooking facilities and no fridge.
Access to off-road parking on an allocated non-gated driveway is available and entry to the unit is via the garage and across the courtyard. The premises consists of 3 home stay vacation rentals and the owners live in the main house. Guests will receive their own set of keys to come and go as needed.
There are three very friendly dogs that roam the property freely. If you would prefer to not have the them pop in and say hello, it would be advised to keep your room doors closed.
The property is not suitable for guests who struggle with physical disabilities.
