Its prime location provides easy access to the town centre, beaches, and the St. Blaize Walking Trail, leading to attractions like the Mossel Bay Zipline, Point Village, coastal trails, and Point Lighthouse.
The furnished double-storey house comprises 3 bedrooms and accommodates up to 6 guests. The bedrooms and bathrooms are located on the first floor, while the ground floor has an open-plan kitchen, lounge, and dining area. The main bedroom is furnished with a king-size bed and an en-suite bathroom fitted with a shower. The second room is furnished with a double bed, while the third room is furnished with 2 single beds. These rooms share a bathroom fitted with a bath and shower. The main and second bedrooms both open onto an enclosed balcony.
The kitchen is fully equipped with a fridge-freezer, gas stove, oven, microwave, and coffee machine. A washing machine, tumble dryer, and 2 dishwashers are available in the separate scullery. The living area opens onto a patio with outdoor seating and built-in braai facilities.
