Enjoyable stay however we paid for a 5-sleeper but had a 4-sleeper (we assume due to our dog)

Enjoyable stay, neat clean and all our requirement under one roof. Very friendly staff and helpful. Laundry was done on site and our unit was cleaned daily. Everything was great until the pool bar closed on 2nd January and there was no further management at the pool area. We then had to travel to other places for our child to swim safely as there were many groups of people with their own alcohol (which we understood was not allowed), they made a lot of noise, chatted up my young child and myself, had glasses with alcohol next to and inside the pool, in the evenings even their dog was in the pool while they were misbehaving. Area was not conducive for our daughter to swim from 3rd onwards. Only the day before we left, 6th, were we able to use the pool again safely. In future, we would only visit this establishment for entertainment, but its highly unlikely that we will stay there again unless the pool area is clean and managed for the duration of our stay.

Swak ontvangs. Casino en disko op die terrein was onverwags en onaangenaam.

Die skoonmaakpersoneel was baie vriendelik en behulpsaam. Ons eenheid is elke oggend skoongemaak. Die bestuur is egter die probleem. Nie een keer is daar tydens ons verblyf, kom vra of alles in orde is nie. Geen nasorgdiens vanaf die bestuur nie. Ons het elke dag omtrent so 38 km ver gery na die naaste oulike swemstrand op Scottsburgh. Ons ken glad nie die Suidkus nie en het gedink personeel sal ons kan inlig waarheen om te gaan en wat om te doen in die area. Dit het nie gebeur nie.

Ons het welkom gevoel.

Die geboue is ouer, maar die kamers volledig en netjies. Die kliëntediens puik en die Carousel-span het ons baie welkom laat voel.
