Catchalot is an off-the-grid holiday home offering self-catering accommodation in an eco-friendly estate outside the town of Mossel Bay. It is important to note that electricity is dependent on the sun shining. This seaside estate enjoys access to a private beach via 4 scenic boardwalks and is the ideal destination for guests seeking a tranquil holiday in an idyllic setting.
The house can accommodate 8 guests and comprises 4 en-suite bedrooms. The main bedroom is furnished with a queen-size bed and its en-suite bathroom is fitted with a bath and shower. The second bedroom contains 2 single beds, while the third bedroom has a double bed. Both rooms have an en-suite bathroom fitted with a bath and shower. The fourth bedroom features a double bed and its en-suite bathroom is fitted with a shower only.
The open-plan kitchen is equipped with a gas stove, oven, microwave, and coffee machine. A washing machine and fridge-freezer are also available. The living area features a dining table with seating that also doubles as a pool table and a table tennis surface. A comfy lounge suite, a built-in braai area, and a TV are also available. The TV has YouTube and Netflix. The house opens onto a wooden deck where guests can enjoy al fresco meals with beautiful ocean views.
The estate is home to a variety of wildlife, including zebra and springbuck, which are frequently spotted roaming around, and guests can enjoy further exploration on their mountain bikes or on walks along the estate's trails.
