Description

Chrismar House is a self-catering holiday home located in Shelly Beach. The unit is conveniently located only 15 m from the beach.

The house can accommodate up to 6 adults and 1 child, and comprises 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, and an open-plan kitchen and living area. The main bedroom contains a double bed, a single bed; and an en-suite bathroom fitted with a bath, a toilet and a washbasin. The second and third bedrooms contain 2 single beds each. The second bathroom is fitted with a bath and a shower, a toilet and a washbasin. There is also a guest toilet and basin.

The kitchen is fully equipped for self-catering and contains a washing machine, stove, oven, fridge-freezer, microwave, cutlery and crockery. There is also a breakfast bar with stools. The dining area has seating space for 8 people, while the lounge has a comfy lounge suite and a flat-screen TV with a DStv access point. Please bring your own bath and beach towels, standard DStv decoder, smart card and connection cable, toiletries and cleaning products with you.

Parking is available in a double lock-up garage. Additional open parking is provided for 2 more cars, along with a trailer and a boat. The home is secured by a security gate, fencing around the home and an alarm system. A gate at the bottom of the garden leads directly onto the beach.
