Cosy Cottage is a recently renovated holiday retreat with all the comforts of home and is located within a secure security complex in a quiet neighbourhood of Onrus.
This beautiful house comprises 2 bedrooms with air-conditioning and en-suite bathrooms and has a sleeping capacity of up to 4 guests. The main bedroom is furnished with a queen-size bed and has a modernly designed en-suite bathroom fitted with a bath, shower, basin, and toilet. The second bedroom comprises a queen-size bed with an en-suite bathroom fitted with a shower, basin, and toilet. All linen and towels are provided.
The open-plan main living area features a kitchen equipped with a gas stove, oven, fridge-freezer, microwave, crockery and cutlery, tea- and coffee-making facilities as well as a dining table. For guests’ convenience, a dishwasher and laundry facilities are available. Leading from the kitchen is a cosy lounge area with comfortable couches, a TV, a lovely fireplace as well as an indoor braai area. There’s also a designated workspace area that boasts fibre Wi-Fi and a power backup facility for internet, TV, and lights during load shedding times.
The outside area offers a beautiful covered patio with outdoor furniture, a swimming pool, and an outside braai area. Parking is available in a single garage and an additional space for a second vehicle is available.
This property is located 10 minutes from the Whale Coast Mall and 15 mins from Hermanus central.
