De Waterkant Townhouse is a beautifully decorated oasis of comfort and style that’s located in the heart of the De Waterkant Cape Quarter development.
This stylishly furnished townhouse can comfortably accommodate up to 6 guests and comprises 3 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, a kitchen and a living area. All three bedrooms are located upstairs and contain queen-size beds. The main bedroom’s en-suite bathroom is fitted with a bath and shower, and the remaining two en-suite bathrooms are fitted with a shower only.
The spacious open-plan kitchen is equipped with a fridge, gas stove, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, cutlery and crockery, as well as tea- and coffee-making facilities. There’s a dining table with chairs, which forms part of the living area that’s furnished with a lounge suite. There is a flat-screen TV installed with Netflix and free Wi-Fi is also available.
The sliding doors open to a small garden area which has a splash pool and the rooftop has a lovely garden with seating where guests can relax and enjoy the spectacular views of the city and Table Mountain in the distance. Secure parking is available in the basement for 1 vehicle only.
