Description
Die Rooi Duiker Self-Catering Unit is located on the ground level of a double-storey, Tuscan-style home in an outstanding security estate in Mbombela (Nelspruit). The luxury estate is adjacent to a nature reserve with several small wildlife, which can be seen regularly along the border fence, especially the very scarce Rooi Duiker, after which the unit is named.
The tastefully decorated and comfortable unit comprises an open-plan bedroom and living area with an en-suite bathroom. The bathroom has a spacious, walk-in shower, toilet and washbasin and guests are provided with crips, white towels, shampoo, shower gel and body lotion. It also features a hairdryer and body-length mirror.
Percale, white bedding welcomes guests to the queen-size bed and open space with hanging place for clothes.
The comfortable living area has a 2-seater couch with a table and 2 chairs where guests can sit and work or have a meal. The self-catering kitchen area is equipped with coffee- and tea-making facilities, a microwave, 2-plate stove, a bar fridge, crockery and cutlery.
The unit is equipped with a flat-screen TV with full DStv, an air conditioner for the hot, summer days and free Wi-Fi.
Outside the unit, guests have access to the garden and can enjoy the beautiful view of the adjacent nature reserve while the preparing a meal together on the braai.
Secure parking is available within the security complex with only 1 set of stairs to the unit.

The Rooi Duiker is 1 km from Mbombela (Nelspruit) MediClinic and the nearest shopping centre.
