The second bedroom is furnished with a queen-size bed, while the third bedroom is furnished with 2 child-only bunk beds. These bedrooms share a bathroom fitted with a shower-over-bath, toilet, and washbasin. The main bedroom is situated on the upper level, whereas the second and third bedrooms are on the lower floor.

Withuis 2 can accommodate 4 adults or 2 adults and 2 children. The unit comprises 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, and a guest toilet.
