Very disappointing - requested alternative accommodation.

On arrival, accosted by a vagrant soliciting for money. Entrance lobby and lift filthy. Whole building has a dank, stale odor. Accommodation very disappointing - "closet sized" bedrooms, net curtaining in lounge filthy, balcony unswept. General impression: one of neglect, dirty and falsely marketed. Accommodation tiny and dirty, unsafe environment. R350 charge for cleaning at end of stay? Absurd.
