- Children under the age of 2 years can, unfortunately, not be accommodated.
- Please note, sections of the accommodation are accessed via stairs, and may not be suitable for young children, the elderly, or guests with disabilities.
- Unfortunately, pets cannot be accommodated.
- No smoking is permitted inside.
- Parties, as well as loud noise and disturbances, are not allowed.
- Use of the garage is not included in the rental.
- Please note that you will be required to accept the full terms and conditions as provided by the establishment upon booking.
- It is a minimum requirement to have at least 1 domestic cleaner for a morning each day due to the size of the home.
