Breakage Deposit
A refundable breakage deposit of R2000 is payable directly to the establishment.
House Rules
Child Policy:
- Children aged between 0 and 2 stay free.
- Children aged between 3 and 18 pay 100% of the sharing rate.
Conditions/Notes:
Minimum stay required
- 2 nights in low / mid-season
- 3/4 nights over long weekends
- 4 nights over Easter weekend
- 7 nights in high season
- Long weekends must be booked as a complete entity
- A R2000 key and breakage deposit is payable either on arrival in cash only, or with full payment (one week prior to arrival) and is refundable within 5 to 7 working days after the apartment has been scrutinised and all found in order. We encourage you to let us know if any breakages occur during your stay so that we might attend to them. Although you may be liable to pay for the repair.
- The check-in time: 14h00 to 18h00. Please contact the agent in regarding late arrivals
- Check-out time: 10h00. Late check-outs by prior arrangement only.

Nevertheless, the agent(s) regret that the owners, management, servants and agents hereby stipulate that they are unable to accept liability or responsibility for any injury loss or damage of any nature whatsoever, whether arising from negligence or from any other cause of whatever nature; which is suffered by any person who enters the premises or by the dependants or principals of such person, and it is hereby recorded that entry occurs absolutely at own risk and that the owners, management, servants and agents are released from and indemnified against any and all claims of whatever nature, unless the occurrence of such claim can be attributed to any circumstances within owners, management, servants and agents reasonable control.
- Kindly take note of the specific rules pertaining to the use of the pool area at the Skilliepark villa, including drunk and disorderly behaviour is not acceptable and that the pool may only be used between the hours of 06h00 and 19h00.
- The agent(s) will specifically not accept any responsibility about loss of property: injury or death if the pool is used in any way in contravention of these rules. Please ensure that your valuables are not left unattended as the agent(s) will not accept liability with regards to the disappearance or damage of valuable items of any guests or visitor, unless such disappearance or damage has regard to any situation within the business's reasonable control.
