Breakage Deposit
A refundable breakage deposit of R2000 is payable directly to the establishment.
House Rules
Minimum guest age is 8 years old.
Small dogs are welcome, as long as they are house trained.
All linen, blankets and bath towels are provided, however, guests must bring their own beach towels. The unit receives a complimentary cleaning once a week.
The refundable breakage deposit will be refunded within 7 days of departure if all is in order.
There are allocated smoking areas.
No noise after 22:00.

The splash pool area has a deck with stairs which is not gated and has no pool net.
Fishing is prohibited at the waterfront canal.
