Breakage Deposit
A refundable breakage deposit of R 5000 is payable directly to the establishment.
House Rules
An upfront cleaning, breakage, and noise refundable deposit of R5000 will be required to be paid. This will be refunded to the guest should the guest look after the property and there not be any noise complaints from neighboring properties.
Due to rules and regulations, we only allow a 10-night minimum. We also regret no pets are allowed.
