House Rules
Being a Family run Establishment, we do have pets on the Property: 6 Dogs and 4 Cats, as well as Horses. They are all very friendly. Please keep this in mind when booking!
ARRIVALS & DEPARTURES
1. Check in is between 14h00 and 19h00. Unless prior arrangements have been made. Should an early arrival be required, every effort will be made to assist, but cannot be guaranteed unless the room is reserved and paid for the evening prior.
2. No check-in will be made after 21h00.
3. Quiet hours are from 22h00 to 06h00.
4. Check out is between 05h00 and 10h00 unless prior arrangements have been made. No check-out after 10h00. This is to enable the room to be prepared in time for new arrivals. Guests that check out after 10h00 without prior arrangements will be liable for an extra night’s accommodation as we will not be able to service the room for new arrivals.
5. Early arrivals: Early check-in is only possible if the room is ready for occupation. If not, you are welcome to leave your luggage at the Guest house while you go out and explore or you are welcome to have a cup of tea and relax in our lounge or garden until your room is ready.
6. Parking & Access – Parking is limited to one vehicle per room unless otherwise indicated. Kindly consider your fellow house Guests when parking your vehicle.
7. Fever Tree Guesthouse boasts peace and tranquillity and we do kindly ask for consideration of other Guests. Refrain from making excessive noise after 22h00. No individual parties are allowed within the rooms.
8. No recreational drugs allowed.
9. Any Guests causing noise disturbance or other inconvenience to any Guests or staff members will be asked to leave.
10. Pets are not permitted.
11. Damages: Any damage caused by Guests to property and premises due to bad behaviour or carelessness, or keys lost and replaced for security reasons will be for the Guests’ account.
12. Damage to mattresses and linen including towels, mattress pads, sheets, bedspreads, blankets resulting from the use of body oils, make-up, shoe-polish, candle wax used for massage purposes, or blood etc. will result in a charge for the special cleaning, repair, or replacement of the damaged article.
13. The swimming pool is for guests only. Towels are available in the Lapa (Bar Area), Please do not use the bathroom towels at the Poolside.
14. Meals may be ordered from the Mr Delivery App or Uber Eats. Please arrange that they phone you on arrival so that you can open and close the gate.
VISITORS
1 Fever Tree Guesthouse is a private property and management reserves the right on who enters the property, should Guests wish to invite friends, family, or business colleagues we kindly request that it be brought to the attention of management.
2 Any Guests entering the property without the consent of management will be charged a daily rate of a single person.
3 No visitors after 10:00 p.m. Visitors must notify Reception upon their arrival. Visitors must be always accompanied by the Registered Guest. Visitors are not allowed to use Guest amenities or Wi-Fi. As a Registered Guest, you are responsible for your visitor at all times.
