Located in the warm city of Virginia, Durban, Gemmell Place is an exquisite holiday home situated within close proximity to shops, restaurants, parks, a nature reserve, and beautiful sandy beaches where the whole family can spend a sunny day together.
This double-storey property can accommodate a total of 8 guests at a time and comprises 4 air-conditioned bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. The spacious main suite has direct access to the upstairs balcony and is furnished with a queen-size bed. A shower, bath, double vanity and toilet are available in the main en-suite bathroom. The second, third and fourth bedrooms each have a queen-size bed but only the second bedroom features an en-suite bathroom fitted with a shower. The remaining 2 bedrooms share the third bathroom fitted with a bath and a shower.
The bright and airy air-conditioned open-plan living area occupies the top level of the home and features a stylish kitchen, a dining space and a lounge. The kitchen is fully equipped with a stove, oven, microwave, fridge-freezer, coffee machine, cutlery and crockery as well as a breakfast bar with stools. A dishwasher and a washing machine are available in the scullery. The dining space has seating for 8 guests and the cosy lounge has comfy seating and a wall-mounted TV. Access to free Wi-Fi is available throughout the house.
This living area also directly opens up onto the upstairs balcony. For guests’ entertainment, a game room is also available with a pool table, a foosball table, a bar and another TV. Through the stacking doors, there is a covered patio with outdoor furniture and a built-in braai. Guests can relax on the sun loungers and cool off in the swimming pool, making this an ideal option for a memorable family holiday.
