Description

Grootbrak Hoogte is a beautiful double-storey family home offering secure and modern self-catering accommodation. The home is the ideal stay for a family getaway or even a couple’s retreat and offers tranquillity, beautiful views of the fynbos-covered hillside, and views of the ocean towards Mosslebay.

The home accommodates 8 guests and comprises 3 air-conditioned bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. The main bedroom is situated upstairs, while the remaining bedrooms are situated downstairs. The main en-suite bedroom is furnished with a queen-size bed with the bathroom fitted with a bath and shower. The second en-suite bedroom contains twin beds with a bathroom also fitted with a bath and shower. The third bedroom has 2 bunk beds with the third bathroom fitted with a shower only. The upstairs en-suite bedroom leads out into an open-plan living area which has a kitchen, dining and lounge area.

The upstairs kitchen has a very spacious breakfast island with ample seating for meals to be enjoyed together. The kitchen is very well equipped with a stove, an oven, a microwave, a fridge-freezer, cutlery and crockery, as well as tea- and coffee-making facilities. The kitchen leads into the lounge area containing comfortable couches in front of a fireplace and a flat-screen TV with a full selection of DStv channels, for relaxation and entertainment. Wi-Fi is also available. Taking the staircase downstairs you will also find, in addition to the bedrooms, an additional kitchenette and separate lounge area. This downstairs living space opens up onto the beautiful garden which has a firepit with ample seating close to the outdoor braai area.

Guests have access to their separate own entrances and there is secure parking available. Guests are also in close proximity to the local beaches, local shops and restaurants.
