Friendly staff but the establishment definitely needs some TLC.

Friendly staff. Everyone was very friendly especially Gilbert was exceptional. Our room was very neat and comfortable. Overall, the establishment needs TLC. The garden definitely needs attention. Reception area is not very well laid out and looks unprofessional. . Water park nearby which is noisy. Wedding while we spa. Not very professional as we had to listen to the whole ceremony while we were having our massage. We were even confused with wedding guests that night too.

Very relaxing and refreshing!

We stayed at Hakunamatata Lodge, Venue and Health Spa for a weekend, and what a wonderful stay! The room was clean, neat, beautifully furnished and just perfect. The food was absolutely great at the restaurant, I highly recommend the Oxtail! My partner enjoyed her massage and came back looking renewed and refreshed. The area is big enough to still have loads of privacy even when they are fully booked, it is very nature-rich and very well-maintained! We will definitely visit again!

Again we'd like to thank you for your stay and for taking the time to review our services.
I am afraid that our garden does dry out a lot during Winter/Autumn season and the leaves falls at an astronomical rate which makes it very difficult for our gardeners to keep up with. During the low season, our staff are away on leave so we do operate on skeleton staff during this period to our allow the team to spend valuable time with their families.
We do appreciate your feedback and will see what additional measures we can take to remedy the situation for a better view experience.
