Description

This sun-filled, comfortable home, supported by solar and batteries, is a charming family home located in the leafy and quiet suburb of Rondebosch, Cape Town.

The tastefully furnished house comprises 4 bedrooms and can comfortably accommodate 8 guests. The main bedroom is furnished with a king-size bed with an en-suite bathroom. The second bedroom has a double bed, while the third bedroom has a single bed and a single mattress. These rooms share a bathroom fitted with a bath and shower. The fourth bedroom, located upstairs and with its own sitting area, is furnished with queen size bed and has an en-suite bathroom fitted with a shower.

The fully equipped eat-in kitchen has a fridge-freezer, gas stove, oven, and microwave. A separate scullery with a dishwasher is available just off the kitchen. The cosy living area features a comfy seating area and a TV, and opens onto a verandah with an outdoor seating area, dining table, and built-in braai facilities. On warm summer days, guests can enjoy a dip in the swimming pool in the garden. Please note the pool does has a fence. The house is fully secure with alarms and shutters.

Visitors to Rondebosch can enjoy a range of shops, restaurants, and cafes, particularly along Main Road, which runs through the suburb's heart. In addition, there is quick and easy access to all the major sites, with Table Mountain, Kirstenbosch Gardens and the VA Waterfront a quick 20 min drive. The beautiful beaches of Llandudno, Camps Bay and Clifton are about 30 mins to the west and the beaches of Boulders, resplendent with its penguins, and Seaforth are about 30 mins to the east.
