Yellow Room 1 is an air-conditioned unit that can accommodate 3 guests and features an open-plan sleeping area and an en-suite bathroom. The bedroom area contains a double bed and a single bed, and the bathroom is fitted with a shower, toilet, and washbasin. Linen and bath towels are provided.

The unit is equipped with a microwave, bar fridge, cutlery, and crockery, as well as tea and coffee-making facilities. For guests' entertainment, a flat-screen TV with Netflix and YouTube, as well as free Wi-Fi, is also available. The unit has solar power to power the Wi-Fi and lights in case of power outages.
