Melkbos Villa offers comfortable and spacious self-catering holiday accommodation in the heart of Van Riebeeckstrand, Melkbosstrand. This could be an ideal option for a large family holiday or a group of friends as the property spoils with an on-site swimming pool area and is within walking distance from the beach.
This double-storey property can accommodate a total of 12 adults and 3 children at a time. It comprises 6 bedrooms, 5 bathrooms as well as a guest toilet. These bedrooms are either furnished with a queen-size bed or a double bed and 2 of these bedrooms include child-only single beds. The 5 bathrooms are all en-suite and are fitted with either a shower or a bath and a shower. All linen and bath towels are provided; however, guests are required to bring their own swimming towels.
The bright and airy open-plan living area features a stylish kitchen fully equipped with a gas stove, electric oven, microwave, fridge-freezer, cutlery and crockery as well as a washing machine.
