Description
Huis Caput is a charming ocean-front holiday home located in the popular coastal area of Hermanus in the Overstrand region and is ideal for a large family or a group of friends as it is situated adjacent to Skulpiesbaai and close to Hermanus golf club, Fernkloof, Langbaai and The Cliff Path.
This double-storey property can accommodate up to 14 guests at a time and comprises 6 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. The main bedroom is furnished with a king-size bed and has an en-suite bathroom fitted with a shower. The second and sixth bedrooms each contain a single bed, while the third bedroom has a double bed, and the fourth bedroom is furnished with a king-size bed. The fifth bedroom contains 2 single beds, a double- and a king-size bed. These 5 rooms share the other 2 bathrooms with bath and shower facilities. All linen and bath towels are provided; however, guests are required to bring their own swimming towels.
The bright and airy living area features a kitchen fully equipped with a gas stove, electric oven, microwave, fridge-freezer, cutlery and crockery as well as a breakfast bar with stools. For guests’ convenience, a washing machine and a dishwasher are available in the kitchen. Leading from the kitchen is an 8-seater dining table where guests can enjoy their meals together. Adjacent to the dining area, there is a spacious lounge area with comfy seating, a fireplace and a TV with a full selection of DStv channels. Access to free Wi-Fi is available.
Additionally, this house features a sunroom which opens up onto an outdoor patio with a table, chairs and a built-in braai. Through the sliding doors of the lounge area, there is a wooden deck with an outdoor dining table which is an ideal spot for guests to relax while fully admiring the blue views.
