Intaba Game Farm, established in 2022, is a 1200 hectare game farm located in the heart of Zululand between Pongola and Magudu. The game farm has an abundance of native plant and animal species, as well as spectacular views. It is the perfect place for a family, or group of friends to escape from the busy world and come here to visit and relax in the picturesque and peaceful nature on offer.
Accommodation is offered in the Intaba main camp which comprises 4 luxurious, stand-alone, air-conditioned chalets. The chalets can each accommodate 2 adults and 2 children and is tastefully furnished with a king-size bed that can be converted into twin beds, and 2 mattresses for the children. 3 of the chalets have bathrooms fitted with an indoor and outdoor shower, basin, and toilet, while the main chalet has a bathroom fitted with a bath, an indoor shower, and outdoor shower, basin, and toilet. Crisp linen and towels are provided.
The chalets each boast a private deck where guests can relax if they want some time alone, and just enjoy the tranquillity that this property offers.
This property features a modern, stylish, air-conditioned, open-plan main building with a fully equipped kitchen, dining, and entertainment area. The kitchen is equipped with a fridge-freezer, chest freezer, additional fridge, gas stove, electric oven, microwave, cutlery, crockery, and tea- and coffee-making facilities. There’s a spacious dining area with seating and is perfect to enjoy those family meals. The adjacent lounge is furnished with comfy couches and a TV with a full selection of DStv channels. Free Wi-Fi is available to guests. It also spoils guests with a cosy fireplace which can also be used as an indoor braai.
The building opens up to the deck where guests can enjoy alfresco dining, and enjoy the sounds of nature. There is also a large fire pit where guests can braai and share some stories along the fire.
Guests can take game drives themselves, watch birds, do mountain biking and hiking. There are also beautiful views where people can have picnics and sundowners on the property.
