Joubert 107 is a spacious and tastefully designed holiday home located in Strand and is ideal for a family holiday as it is situated only 450 m from the beach.

This property can accommodate up to 6 guests at a time and comprises 3 bedrooms and a bathroom. The main bedroom is furnished with a dressing table and a queen-size bed, while the other 2 bedrooms each have a double bed. A bath, shower, washbasin and toilet are available in the bathroom. All linen and bath towels are provided; however, guests are required to bring their own beach towels.

The bright living area features a kitchen fully equipped with a gas stove, electric oven, microwave, fridge-freezer, dishwasher, cutlery and crockery as well as a central breakfast island with stools. Adjacent to the kitchen is a 6-seater dining table where guests can enjoy their meals together. There is a lounge with comfy seating and a TV with Netflix. Access to free Wi-Fi is available.

The front of the house features a beautiful garden while the back of the house has a lovely outdoor dining space underneath a shady tree. This is an ideal spot for guests to spend some quality time together while enjoying a traditional braai. Guests are afforded secure parking behind a locked gate.

The location of this home is within close proximity to nearby activities such as putt-putt, Waterworld and Strand Golf Course. There are numerous coffee shops, cafes and restaurants in the vicinity if guests want to go out for a meal.
