Description
Situated on a working fruit farm just off the popular R62 between Montagu and Barrydale, is the quaint Kahmatrica which offers guests relaxing bed and breakfast accommodation at the foot of the Langeberg Mountains.
The main house on the property is a restored building which was built by the Dutch Reformed Church in 1911 and used as a school and the workers' hut has be transformed into 2 separate rooms, each with their own en-suite bathroom.
The Blue and Green Room, each have a private entrance, a queen-size bed, WiFi, a fridge and tea-and-coffee-making facilities.
Linen and towels are provided, but guests need to bring their own swimming towels.
Kahmatrica is situated 24 kilometer from Montagu.
Breakfast is served between 07:00 and 09:00, and guests can cool off in the swimming pool, go hiking or mountain biking, or relax in the garden and enjoy the views of the mountains and vineyards.
