Klipspringer Selati Game Reserve is a serene retreat on the northern side of the reserve, surrounded by lush gardens. Named after a Klipspringer family, the location offers views of a nearby watering hole, perfect for game viewing. Enjoy the elegant pool, open-air boma, and raised lounge.
Klipspringer Selati Game Reserve includes the main lodge and 2 private bush chalets around the swimming pool and boma. The main lodge features a lounge, dining area, bar with bush views, and a deck overlooking a lit waterhole frequented by various animals, including the Big Five. It has a fully equipped kitchen fitted with a stove, an oven, a fridge, and a microwave and can be booked self-catering or catered upon request. The main lodge has 4 en-suite king-size bedrooms that can be converted into twin beds, which includes a family room.
Connected by lit walkways, the private bush chalets offer a queen-sized bed, en-suite bathroom, and a private outdoor bath among natural boulders. Each chalet has its deck for morning coffee and amenities like an under-counter fridge and coffee station.
The Photographic Hide, 50 m from the main lodge, provides a sheltered walkway for undisturbed animal viewing. It accommodates 6 people and offers gimbals for photographers, ensuring memorable shots. The nearby watering hole provides excellent Big Five viewing, making it an ideal spot for both day and night photography, with carefully calibrated lighting for vivid colours and stunning backgrounds.
