There is a master bedroom on the lower floor with a double bed and a stunning view. The second bedroom is on the top floor and is spacious with an open-plan design. This bedroom has 2 single beds and a breathtaking view. There is also 1 bathroom, a well-equipped kitchen and a living area. Guests share the downstairs bathroom with a shower-over-bath, toilet and basin. The veranda has a beautiful view of the estuary and sea. The Penthouse borders a nature reserve with a variety of deer and birds that can be seen from the unit.

The open-plan kitchen is equipped with a fridge-freezer, gas hob, oven, microwave, washing machine, toaster, cutlery, crockery and tea and coffee-making facilities. There is a dining table with chairs where guests can enjoy their meals. The living area has a lounge set with a comfortable couch and a flat-screen TV with selected DStv channels.
