Description
La Luna Guest House is a seafront, white handy-plank house with a natural wood interior and a splendid lawn. It is situated next to the Klipgat trail, part of the Walker Bay Nature Reserve, in De Kelders, Gansbaai.
This cosy, double-storey house can accommodate up to 6 guests and contains 3 bedrooms. The first bedroom contains a king-size bed, and has direct access to the terrace via sliding doors. The second top bedroom has 2 single beds that can be converted into a king-size bed, air-conditioning, and a ceiling fan. The third bedroom contains twin single beds that can be converted to a king-size bed, mosquito netting and a ceiling fan, and has direct access to the terrace via sliding doors (this room can be accessed either by the terrace or the first room). Each room has an en-suite with a toilet and a shower, a washbasin, and a wardrobe.
Downstairs, there is an open-plan kitchen and living area. The kitchen is fully equipped for self-catering. The lounge area is a high-roof area with comfortable sofa’s, and a 55-inch smart TV with DStv premium. Free Wi-Fi is available throughout the house. The lounge area has sliding doors that open completely, transforming the living area into a huge balcony. The views are extraordinary from every corner.
The house has a great front yard facing the ocean, a wooden deck with a picnic table. There is also an outside shower with hot water to rinse off after a day at the beach. The house is cleaned daily. Breakfast is available on request at an additional fee.
Guests can enjoy extraordinary whale sightings, and the house is only 10 minutes walk to the unspoiled Plaate beach.
