Laguna Beach B8 is a beautiful self-catering unit located in the beautiful Greenways Golf Estate in Strand and is ideal for a family holiday as the estate offers a variety of on-site activities.

This ground-floor apartment can accommodate 6 guests at a time and comprises 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. The main bedroom is furnished with a double bed and includes an en-suite bathroom fitted with a shower. The other 2 bedrooms each contain 2 single beds and make use of the second bathroom fitted with a bath. All linen and bath towels are provided; however, guests are required to bring their own swimming towels.

The main living area features an open-plan design with a kitchen fully equipped with a stove, oven, microwave, fridge-freezer, dishwasher, cutlery and crockery as well as a breakfast bar with stools. Leading from the kitchen is a lounge area with comfy seating and a Smart TV with Youtube and a full selection of DStv channels. Access to free Wi-Fi is available.

Guests are afforded secure parking in a single garage which includes a washing machine and a tumble-dryer. Through the sliding doors, there is a covered patio with outdoor seating which is the ideal spot for a morning coffee or a sundowner while overlooking the pond.

The estate features a communal swimming pool area with braai facilities as well as a clubhouse, a restaurant, a tennis court and a golf course.
