Description
Laguna La Crete 80 is a self-catering flat located in a secure complex, situated in Uvongo. The complex is within close proximity to the Uvongo swimming beach and other attractions in the area. This apartment has stunning sea and lagoon views. Uvongo, a small bustling seaside town, is known for its beautiful beach with a lagoon that stretches back to a waterfall. The beach has lifeguards as well as shark nets and is safe for swimming. Paddle boats and also canoes are for hire on the lagoon. Curios are available to buy or admire from the local craft market on the beach. Uvongo beach also has a freshwater kiddies pool as well as a tidal pool nearby.
This second-floor apartment can accommodate 6 people (maximum 4 adults) and consists of 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. The main bedroom has a queen-size bed and features an en-suite bathroom with a bath; this room opens onto the balcony. The second and third bedrooms each have a queen-size bed as well, and these rooms share the second bathroom with a shower and a bath, a basin, and a toilet.
The well-equipped kitchen contains a fridge, a microwave, an oven and a stove, and a washing machine for convenience. The open-plan living area leads out onto the balcony, which has a gas braai facility for guests to use. There is permanent DSTV in this apartment.
The complex boasts 24-hour security, a communal swimming pool, braai facilities, a tennis court, and secure undercover parking. There is easy access to the beach from the complex as well.
