Description
Lands End 2 is a cosy flatlet situated in a picturesque area of Kleinmond. It’s attached to the owner’s main house with the garage separating the two properties, granting guests with private entry. This unit is ideally located about 1 km from Palmiet Beach and less than 2.5 km from Kleinmond’s main beach and town centre. It’s also within close proximity to the harbour and various restaurants in the surrounding area.
This unit sleeps 4 adults and 1 child and comprises 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, and a kitchenette, and a living area. Both bedrooms have a queen-size bed and feature an en-suite bathroom fitted with a shower, toilet, and washbasin.
The open-plan kitchen is equipped with a fridge, gas hob, oven, microwave, basic cutlery and crockery, as well as tea- and coffee-making facilities. There’s also a small dining table with chairs. The living area is furnished with 2 comfortable couches, one of which doubles as a child-only sleeper couch.
There’s also a flat-screen TV with exclusive DStv channels and guests have access to free Wi-Fi as well. This accommodation utilises an inverter to remain unaffected by loadshedding and secure parking is available on the premises behind a locked gate.
An outdoor braai and an indoor braai with dining facilities are available upon request.
