Laurie is spacious double-storey self-catering house, ideally situated in the secure Point Village in Mossel Bay. Point Village is located near to the CBD of Mossel Bay, and is also within walking distance to several restaurants and beaches. The house can accommodate up to 10 guests and contains 4 bedrooms, and 3 bathrooms. It has an upstairs kitchenette, and downstairs, there is a large open-plan kitchen, lounge and dining area, as well as a TV room. The first, second and third bedrooms each contain a double bed, and the fourth bedroom contains 2 bunk beds. The small upstairs kitchenette features a microwave, a fridge, a mini-stove and oven, and a breakfast bar with stools. Upstairs, there are sliding doors leading to a balcony with built-in braai facilities, outdoor dining furniture, and lovely sea views. The large downstairs kitchen is fully equipped for self-catering and includes a stove and oven, a microwave, fridge-freezer, a dishwasher, and a breakfast bar with stools. In addition, the house has a washing machine and a tumble-dryer. There is a 6-seater wooden dining table and chairs in the dining area. The TV room contains a TV with DStv, and opens through glass sliding doors to a patio.

House Rules

The breakage deposit is refundable 7 days after guests departure should everything be found to be in order with the unit.

If guests wish to check in later, they need to make arrangements in advance.

Additional fees will be applicable in the following situation:

When guests are found smoking in the unit.
When the dishes aren't cleaned before departure.
If the guests leave the units unlocked.
Not returning the keys at check-out time.
Arrivals after check-in time.
More than the arranged guests staying at the unit.
For spill marks and stains on furniture and carpets.
When pets are in the units without express permission.
Any breakages or shortages.
Any excessive noise or disturbances that result in complaints from the neighbours.
If guests mix inventory from different units e.g. cutlery and crockery etc.
