Loerie Cottage offers a quaint and private little cottage on a smallholding nestled in the beautiful Colleen Glen Valley. This spacious and tranquil cottage is perfect for a relaxing and stress-free overnight stopover or holiday let as it is only a few kilometres from the N2.
Loerie 1 has 1 bedroom with 2 single beds. There is an additional single bed in the open-plan lounge area. For the cooler winter months, the beds are equipped with electric blankets. The en-suite bathroom is spacious and fitted with a large shower. For guests comfort, Loerie 1 is equipped with heaters and a fan.
The cottage has a kitchenette that is fully equipped for self-catering with a gas stove, electric oven, microwave, fridge-freezer, cutlery and crockery. It also has outdoor braai facilities. Wi-Fi is available on request.
There is a private parking space at the bottom of the stairs leading directly up to the deck which overlooks a duck pond. In the morning, guests can sit on the deck and sip their coffee while the horses and sheep are brought out into their paddocks.
