Luxury Beach House stands as a beautiful holiday home ideally positioned for coastal living pleasures. Located directly across from the main Kabeljous beach in Jeffreys Bay, it fulfils the desires of those who love beachside entertainment and relaxation.

This house can accommodate a total of 10 adults and 2 children, and comprises 4 bedrooms inside the house furnished with twin beds that can be converted into a king-size bed, each with a sliding door opening up to the garden, and a fifth bedroom in the form of a small garden flat. The main bedroom is tastefully furnished with a king-size bed and has a couch suitable for 2 children. It has an en-suite bathroom fitted with a bath, shower, basin, and toilet. The second bedroom is furnished with a king-size bed and has an en-suite bathroom fitted with a bath, shower, basin, and toilet. The third and fourth bedrooms are furnished with a king-size bed and twin bedrooms, respectively, and share the use of the guest bathroom fitted with a shower, basin, and toilet, while the fifth bedroom is furnished with a double bed and has its own ensuite bathroom fitted with a shower, basin, and toilet. Linen and towels are provided.

The kitchen is equipped with a fridge-freezer, stove, oven, microwave, basic cutlery, crockery, and tea- and coffee-making facilities, and extends to the 12-seater dining table where guests can enjoy their meals. The entertainment room boasts a pool table and dart board, with a lovely indoor braai area. The lounge has comfy couches and a TV and opens up to the balcony. Free Wi-Fi is available. For power outages, the house is equipped with a small inverter for fibre connectivity and a larger inverter to keep a few lights and appliances going during the dark times.

The balcony features outdoor seating, providing guests with a breathtaking view of the distant ocean. It's the perfect spot for enjoying a sundowner while listening to the waves crashing in the background. Guests can also casually spot whales from this vantage point.
