Lyonesse House is a stunning holiday villa that perfectly overlooks Constantia Nek and the distant Mother City. This villa boasts accommodation that makes you feel like you are staying in a private resort, making this an ideal option for a memorable holiday with family and friends in the Cape.
This beautiful double-storey villa has a capacity of 16 guests at a time and comprises 8 bedrooms and 7 bathrooms as well as a guest toilet. The air-conditioned main suite is spacious and is furnished with an extra-length king-size bed. It features a lounging area with a TV and a fireplace, a walk-in closet as well as an en-suite bathroom fitted with a bath and a shower. The second bedroom has a queen-size bed as well as an en-suite bathroom fitted with a shower and a spa bath.
There are another 4 bedrooms that each contain 2 single beds but only 2 of these rooms include an en-suite bathroom fitted with a shower. The remaining rooms share a bathroom fitted with a bath and a shower. The remaining 2 bedrooms each have a king-size bed and an en-suite bathroom fitted with a bath and a shower.
The spacious living area has modern features and a kitchen fully equipped with a gas stove, electric oven, microwave, fridge-freezer, coffee machine, cutlery and crockery as well as a breakfast bar with stools. There is a cosy lounge with comfy seating, a fireplace and a TV. For guests’ entertainment, free uncapped Wi-Fi, an Xbox One, Netflix and DStv Now are available in the house. Additionally, the house features a bar area with an ice machine, a formal lounge and a gym in the garage.
The outside of the house is an expansive entertainment area with a sunroom, a swimming pool, a gas braai, a lounging and dining area underneath umbrellas as well as sun loungers next to the pool where guests can fully relax and catch some sun. The rates include a full-time housekeeper Monday to Friday as well as a groundsman.
