Marlin House is a perfectly situated self-catering holiday house in the tranquil, upmarket Southbroom village, on the KwaZulu-Natal lower South Coast. Marlin House can accommodate up to 6 guests in a 6-sleeper Main House.
The Main House comprises 3 bedrooms, 4 bathrooms, and an open-plan kitchen, dining and living area. The first bedroom contains a double bed and an en-suite bathroom with a bath and a shower. The second bedroom contains a double bed and a shower en suite with a toilet and washbasin. The third bedroom contains 2 single beds. The third bathroom contains a shower, a toilet and a washbasin.
The kitchen is fully equipped for self-catering with a fridge-freezer, stove and oven, microwave, and other small appliances. The dining area contains a 4-seater dining table and chairs. The lounge area contains seating and a flat-screen TV. The living area opens to an exquisite covered entertainment verandah with a convenient serving hatch from the kitchen, an outdoor dining table and a built-in braai. The verandah leads to a private sparkling swimming pool.
The house is located on a hill in a calming green forest where bird-watching is of superior quality, and the sea can be viewed from a distance. The village shopping center has everything you may need, including a Spar grocery shop, pharmacy, petrol station, restaurants, and all other amenities required for a comfortable holiday. With 6 golf courses within a 30 km radius, including Southbroom Golf Course which is 3 km away, this is the ideal golf and beach holiday destination, just waiting for your enjoyment.
