Martinique 18 is located in Ballito, KwaZulu-Natal. This charming triple-story self-catering apartment is positioned close to the iconic Thompsons Bay Beach, making it the perfect choice for an unforgettable family holiday with panoramic ocean views.

The lovely unit can accommodate up to 6 guests and consists of 3 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, an open-plan kitchen, and a living area. The main bedroom is located upstairs and is furnished with a king-size bed and an en-suite bathroom fitted with a bath. This room also provides access to a balcony with ocean views. The 2nd bedrooom is situated upstairs, and is furnished with 2 single beds and has an en-suite fitted with a bath. The 3rd bedroom is downstairs, opens onto a patio and is fitted with 2 single beds. The ensuite bathroom is fitted with a shower. All the bedrooms have ceiling fans.

The open-plan living area features a fully equipped kitchen complete with a stove, oven, microwave, fridge-freezer, kettle, cutlery, and crockery. You'll also find a washing machine, tumble dryer, and dishwasher in the kitchen. Leading from the kitchen is a dining table, perfect for family breakfasts.The lounge is furnished with comfortable couches and features a TV with selected DStv channels, along with free Wi-Fi facilities. Through the sliding doors, there is a balcony with a gas braai, overlooking the ocean with a dining table and chairs, creating an ideal spot for guests to enjoy their meals while watching the sunset.

All guests enjoy full access to the complex's communal swimming pool. There is a single lock up garage for you vehicle as well as 1 open parking bay infront of the garage.

There is direct access to the beach, however this a very rocky beach. Thompsons bay beach with a tidal pool is a short walk away.
