Description
Matumi Lodges is located within the prestigious Mjejane Private Game Reserve. Matumi River Lodge offers a panoramic view of Kruger National Park, positioned along the banks of the Crocodile River. The removal of all fences between the reserve and Kruger National Park integrates it into the renowned Greater Kruger area.
The lodge consists of Matumi River Lodge and Matumi Ubuntu, both offering luxurious self-catering accommodations that can comfortably host up to 10 guests each. Each lodge consists of 5 bedrooms and 5 en-suite bathrooms. Each room is furnished with a king-size bed, and each bathroom is fitted with a bath, shower, toilet, and washbasin.
Each lodge includes an open-plan kitchen, lounge, and dining area. The kitchens are fully equipped with a fridge-freezer, microwave, oven, gas stove, dishwasher, washing machine, and tea- and coffee-making facilities. The living and dining area includes a dining table, comfortable couches, a TV, a fireplace, a bar, and a pool table.
Each lodge opens onto a covered patio with ample outdoor seating, braai facilities, a jacuzzi, a swimming pool, and day loungers. Additionally, each lodge has access to a private gym room for added convenience.
