Situated in a quiet nook in the south of Southbroom, Milkwood Unit 12 can be found on the first floor of the luxurious Milkwood Point Complex. It’s situated ideally close to Umkobi Beach with great breaker sea views.
This apartment sleeps a maximum of 5 guests and comprises 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a kitchen, and a living area. The main bedroom overlooks the communal gardens and the ocean. It has a queen-size bed and features an en-suite bathroom fitted with a bath, shower, toilet, and washbasin. The second bedroom also has a queen-size bed and the third bedroom has a single bed. The second bathroom has a bath, shower, toilet, and washbasin.
The open-plan kitchen is equipped with a fridge, stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, toaster, cutlery and crockery, as well as tea- and coffee-making facilities. There’s a dining table with chairs and this area further extends into the living room furnished with a lounge suite and a smart TV installed with Netflix. Free Wi-Fi is also available and the complex utilises an inverter to remain unaffected during loadshedding. The sliding doors open onto the enclosed balcony furnished with a lounge suite where guests can enjoy the ocean views.
