The main en-suite bathroom has a bath and shower. The second bedroom is downstairs and is furnished with a queen-size bed, ceiling fan and it also has a sea-facing balcony. The second en-suite bathroom has a shower. The third bedroom is also downstairs and has a queen-size bed, a ceiling fan and sea-facing patio. The fourth bedroom is also downstairs and has 2 single beds, a ceiling fan and a sea-facing patio. Guests in the third and fourth bedrooms share an en-suite bathroom that has a bath and shower. There is also a guest toilet.

The open-plan living area features a fully equipped kitchen with a stove, oven, microwave, fridge-freezer, toaster, kettle, cutlery, and crockery as well as a washing machine, dishwasher and tumble dryer. Leading from the kitchen is an 8-seater dining table, perfect for family breakfasts. The lounge is furnished with comfortable couches and a Smart TV with the full DStv package, Netflix, and Showmax, along with free Wi-Fi. Through the stack doors on each level, there are chairs perfect for guests to enjoy the sunset.

The unit has a backup generator that powers the TV, Wi-Fi and lights from 07:00 am to 23:00 pm.

All guests have full access to the rim-flow pool. Please note that the pool has no safety net. There is secure parking in a single garage and two open parking spaces on the premises.

This is a pet-friendly house and 2 small dogs are allowed with prior arrangement.
