Description

Modern Beach Apartment is a two-level beach apartment, with breathtaking panoramic sea views from all areas of the property. It is great for couples and individual or business travellers.

This extremely popular unit has a very comfortable king-size bed, an en-suite bathroom with a shower only, ample cupboard space, and a seating area. The detached living area has a TV, comfortable couch, dining area, and kitchenette. The kitchenette is equipped for self-catering with a fridge, a digital 2-plate induction stove top, and a microwave.

There is also an outdoor patio with seating area and braai facilities. Please note that there are 50 steps, which might not be suitable for those with walking difficulties.

It is just a few minutes' walk to Kalk Bay's shops, restaurants, and harbour. Activities include whale-watching in season, long walks on the nearby beaches, surfing at Muizenberg's Surfers Corner, and swimming at Wooley's Tidal Pool across the road.

Attractions in the area include Simon's Town to visit the penguins at Boulders Beach, Cape Point for an unforgettable experience at the tip of Africa, the ostrich farm en route to Cape Point, Imhoff Farm for gift shopping as well as camel and horse rides, and Noordhoek Farm Village for great restaurants, gift shops, and live music on occasion. Local markets in the area include Earth Fair Market, Heritage Market, Blue Bird Garage Market which is open on Fridays only, and Cape Point Vineyards Market which is open on Thursdays only. Kalk Bay Theatre is also available for those who wish to enjoy dinner and a show that will blow you away.
