Description
Mukolo Camp is a little piece of paradise situated on the Zambezi Caprivi Strip of Namibia. This small, yet exclusive eco-friendly safari camp boasts a beautiful view of the floodplains of the Kwando River, allowing guests to enjoy the tranquillity of the natural surroundings.
Accommodation is offered in 3 structured tents, and 3 self-catering chalets. Each one is equipped with the basic cutlery and crockery, a 2-plate gas stove, and a kitchen sink. These units can sleep between 2-4 guests. There are six campsites underneath big shady trees. Each campsite has a private ablution facility, and designated braai area, and an electric point. Only three campsites are situated close to the river.
The on-site restaurant offers an à la carte menu, home-cooked buffet-style dinners and breakfast on prior arrangement only and at an extra cost. There’s a bar and a deck with seating overlooking the river. Boat cruises and mokoro trips are available on request at an extra cost, and there’s also a shared swimming pool. Secure parking is available on the premises.
