Neptune Isle 121 is a lovely self-catering holiday apartment ideally situated in a secure oceanfront complex in the heart of Lagoon Beach. It could be a great option for passionate kite surfers as it is located right next to Bloubergstrand and offers direct beach access.

This ground-floor apartment can comfortably accommodate 4 guests at a time and comprises 2 bedrooms and a bathroom. The main bedroom is furnished with a queen-size bed and the second bedroom contains a bunk bed. A bath, shower, washbasin and toilet are available in the bathroom. All linen and bath towels are provided; however, guests are required to bring their own beach and swimming towels.

The bright and airy open-plan living area features a kitchen fully equipped with a stove, oven, microwave, fridge-freezer, cutlery and crockery as well as a dishwasher. Leading from the kitchen is a dining space where guests can enjoy their meals together. The lounge has comfy seating and a flat-screen TV. For those wanting to get some work done, a work desk and free Wi-Fi are available.

This lounge opens onto a lovely patio and a lush green garden. Guests have full access to a communal swimming pool which has lovely views of the ocean and the iconic Table Mountain.

The complex also offers secure parking on the property. The location of this complex is only a short distance away from grocery stores, restaurants, bars, the lagoon, and a few minutes' drive from Cape Town City Centre and the V&A Waterfront.
