Description

Boasting stunning views of the sea, Ocean View Family Beach House is a beautiful holiday home located in the coastal area of Sandbaai. This could be an ideal option for either a large group of friends or a family reunion as it is situated only 500 m from the beach.

This property can accommodate a maximum of 10 guests at a time and comprises 5 bedrooms, 4 bathrooms as well as a guest toilet. The first bedroom is furnished with a queen-size bed and features an en-suite bathroom fitted with a shower. The second bedroom has a double bed and a full family en-suite bathroom. Another double bed is available in the third and fourth bedrooms. These 2 rooms include an en-suite bathroom fitted with a shower. The fourth bedroom contains 2 single beds. All linen and bath towels are provided; however, guests are required to bring their own beach towels.

The open-plan living area features a stylish kitchen fully equipped with a gas stove, electric oven, microwave, fridge-freezer, Nespresso machine, cutlery and crockery as well as a breakfast bar with stools. For guests’ convenience, a dishwasher and washing machine are available in the scullery. Leading from the kitchen is a cosy lounge with comfy seating, a TV and a fireplace which is shared with the dining area which has ample seating for guests to enjoy their meals together. Access to free Wi-Fi is available.

Additionally, this living area has an indoor braai and opens up onto a balcony which is an ideal spot for a morning coffee while fully admiring the ocean views. At the back of the house, there is a firepit where guests can gather around with a sundowner.
